Hotel Mostar

This hotel is in a great location, super easy access to the old town and the car park was really handy. The room was spacious and comfy, and it felt clean. Breakfast was solid and the staff was chill. The view from our balcony was nice too!

The shower was kinda weak and i wish the ac could've been cooler. The parking spots filled up fast.

Had big size and brand-new room with spacious bathroom, which I loved. The breakfast was satisfactory and all the food was delicious! The staff was very nice and super friendly and responsive to requests.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was slow.

The rooms were brand-new and spotlessly clean and the location was absolutely perfect to the main town's attractions.

The truth, what's good and what's not

Excellent staff service and spacious balcony rooms created a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was good and filled with a variety of options!

Noise disruptions from wedding events impacted the stay negatively. Air conditioning issues left the room uncomfortably warm, detracting from comfort.

Marvellous central location, right by the city centre of Mostar, the historical center and the mall. Again, 10 minutes walk from a historic riverside mosque. Good breakfast with a huge variety of different foods.

The hotel offers brand-new and well-equipped rooms with a balcony, TV plus bath tub...

Loved relaxing on the terrace with my partner while enjoying a few drinks. There are also nice lounge areas and a cozy bar to unwind after a day of exploring. The only hiccup was the breakfast which could use a bit more variety. 😊

the buffet dinner was delicious with a lot of options. my room was very hot.

Our air conditioning was broken throughout our stay. After we moved rooms, it still didn't cool below 27 degrees was nice. The shower head in the second room was broken, and the reception staff did not address our concerns adequately.

I relaxed on the terrace with my partner while we enjoyed drinks. It was nice to unwind after our day of exploring. The location allowed easy access to attractions nearby. The hotel staff communicated clearly in a language I understood well. I appreciated that parking was available, convenient for our travel plans.

The air conditioning was not effective . I noticed a few maintenance issues that needed attention but were not addressed satisfactorily. My experience was marred by these shortcomings.

good value with room for improvement

The twin room was spacious and clean, awesome for a comfortable stay. Free parking was a bonus. I enjoyed the beautiful city view from my room, which certainly added charm to my experience.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning could have been cooler.

easy strolls to must-see landmarks and parks

during my stay, I appreciated the short walk to the iconic Old Bridge, just around 1.5 km away, and was thrilled to find several good restaurants nearby, with a taste of local cuisine, making it easy to explore the charm of the city on foot.

Great free Wi-Fi in public areas. Room was too hot despite asking for cooler A/C.

The staff were professional and cute, with effective communication in German. Rooms were spacious and equipped with modern amenities, while the clean and quiet environment made for comfortable relaxation. The breakfast lacked variety, primarily offering canned goods and low-quality items, and there was difficulty with breakfast choices for vegetarians. Some common kitchen items were also in poor condition, affecting overall comfort .

Convenient location near the Old City, sniper tower, Old Bridge, and Mepas mall. the staff is friendly, and the service is outstanding. the place is tidy and well-maintained. 👌
